Most people working in the office environment, have hard demanding jobs and  are hard working and conscientious, most tend not to take there proper breaks, so they should be provided with as many comforts as possible.  It is always a good idea to have plenty of water coolers in the office and factory areas, not only in the summer but all year around. It is good practice and common sense to have easily located coolers sited around the workplace to ensure that staff and all factory worker can re-hydrate themselves when required. water coolers are very energy efficient and always deliver cool clean water as required. It is always better to have mains fed water cooler where possible, it you think of the environment, it is not good practice to transport gallons of water in plastic bottles up and down the country using valuable fuel and polluting the air. It is far better to connect the cooler directly to the mains water supply and then condition the water through filters and refrigeration.Another aspect of having the water cooler directly connected to the mains water supply is safety. The old way of lifting heavy plastic bottles and turning them through 180 degrees to load the cooler could cause health issues with the back area and in using the water bottle method, you do not know how long the water has been in the bottle it could be several years since the bottle was filled and although it was clean and filtered when loaded, the sunlight and general storage conditions could have tainted the water.
