Polish employment agencies are the institutions to contact when a company is in need to outsource manpower from Poland. An employment agency like uitzendbureau polen has the basic function of matching employers to appropriate employees. It serves as a connective link between the two parties. Employment agencies have specific lists of job seekers as well as the profiles of every job seeker. They can definitely help the job seeking individuals for they can endorse them to either public or private employers.
Polish employees or poolse werknemers are on a low salary basis. If they are paid in a much lower wage, then why do these Polish individuals agree to that arrangement? It is because in Poland, there is a very low wage structure basis. Low wages at Poland drives them to look on other jobs abroad. On the other side, even the salary that we regard to as “low” can be good enough for them compared to the wages offered on their own country. They would be very happy to accept jobs abroad than patiently working for an amount not equivalent to their work. Wise usage of time is also a factor that makes Polish employees attractive to outsourcing firms.
A good thing about these workers, call them poolse arbeiders, is that they make use of their time productively. Unlike any other citizens who do not value time appropriately, they are always observed to be coming on time at their work places. Furthermore, they work under long hours. They are not the type of workers who looks at the clocks very often, waiting for it to ring as a signal of the time of dismissal.
