As any organized society, we have our own constitution, rules and regulations to keep everything in good order. All members and any other plastic modeler interested in participating in any of our model contest, is obliged to read and understand our rules and regulations which are standard IPMS rules. On signing or sending an inscription form, the participant is accepting said rules and regulations and IPMS Guayaquil will not be hold liable on any circumstances of any kind for not complying or not understanding the rules.
